According to the De Ruiter official site, it is called Twinkle Hiphop®

It is primarily for floristry trade for sprays of ornamental hips (think: Autumn/Winter holiday floral displays). They refer to it as a hybrid multiflora, and claim it is 40-70 cm tall.


I normally skip over roses for non-rosarian trade, but this is one I have seen in very high end grocery stores and have always wondered what it is. I imagine others have too.
