Class:
Floribunda, Hybrid Hulthemia persica.  
Bloom:
Light pink, fuchsia / magenta flecks, ages to white .  Moderate, spice fragrance.  35 to 40 petals.  Average diameter 2.25".  Medium, full (26-40 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Compact, spreading.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 16" to 28" (40 to 70cm).  Width: up to 20" (up to 50cm).

The first sale or offer for sale of the new variety was May 20, 2022 in Germany. ..The new variety of rose plant of the present invention was created by controlled breeding in May 2015, in Offenseth-Sparrieshoop, Germany....The female parent..of the new variety was the 'VEL13kmula' variety (not patented). The male parent...of the new variety was the 'CHEWsumstar' variety (not patented).
