I think you have Charlotte Brownell. They often get confused in the nursery trade

Dr. Brownell is not tinged with pink and has a more classical hybrid tea form than this rose in the picture.

This is the rose Charlotte Brownell. Burgess, and all subsidiaries of Direct Gardening, tend to mix up their roses - especially the Brownell roses. I once got Orange Ruffels instead of Curly Pink and another time I got Helen Hayes instead of Dr. Brownell.
