Anne Hall. (Rugosa Rose). Johnson, 1998. A seedling found in Merryle and David Johnsons’ Garden, ‘Wensley Farm’ and named after Merryle’s Grandmother ‘Anne Hall’. Double mid rose pink blooms with center petaloids hiding the stamens, similar form to that of Martin Frobisher. Delicious rugosa rose sweet mysterious fragrance. Repeat flowers well with the bonus of huge round orange hips in the Autumn. Some autumn colour depending on how quickly the cold comes in for the season. Healthy foliage. Useful as wind break, hedge or specimen. 1.5m x 1.2m.

Baxters Beauty – 1938. Light yellow to sulphur yellow semi double blooms with a hint of salmon. A R. gigantia hybrid, this spring flowerer will happily reach 4.5m.

'Beauty of Glenhurst'. Morley, 1979. A Hybrid China bred by Dr. Brian Morley of the Botanical gardens Adelaide. A vigorous shrub producing magenta-pink single blooms, fading paler. As with its parent ‘Old Blush’, it is continuous flowering 1.8 x 1.2m.

Henrietta (BL). ....Exquisite double, soft mauve, pink flowers with a high pointed form with a rich tea scent are held in a nodding fashion on reddish stems. Repeats well. Compact bushy growth habit. 1.2m x 1m. Tea. Very fragrant. Repeats, double, light mauve pink, pointed, large.
