Despite not growing a lot she produces her medium sized flowers readily. Unfortunately a scent isn’t really detectable, the flowers have unique striping, the foliage fits the plant nicely and is attractive imo.

Photo from early May 2025. Sparkle and shine is a superstar in my yard! Own root plant was planted as a band about three years ago. Grows in dry, unamended soil in part shade under trees. Still pushes out tons of beautiful, bright blooms! I have two—the other grows in better conditions. It’s a great rose so I may relocate this one to a more favorable spot, even though it is doing so well in bad circumstances.
