Bred by Gerrit De Ruiter (Netherlands, before 1957).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Gandy's Roses Ltd. in 1961 as 'Ruth Leuwerik'.
Introduced in Australia by Roy H. Rumsey Pty. Ltd. in 1962 as 'Ruth Leuwerick'.

Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Red to orange-red.   (Rouge vif).  Moderate fragrance.  30 petals.  Average diameter 3".  Medium, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  Glossy, bronze-green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 32" (60 to 80cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Vigorous.

Notes:
