Origin:
Bred by Samuel Darragh (1932-2019) McGredy IV (1974).
Introduced in New Zealand by McGredy Roses International (New Zealand) as 'Seaspray'.
Introduced in United Kingdom by Robert Mattock Roses as 'Seaspray'.
Class:
Floribunda, Miniature.  
Bloom:
Light pink, red shading.  Moderate fragrance.  Medium, semi-double to double bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, bushy.  Medium, matte, medium green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden.  Rain tolerant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
