Introduced in France by URS (Universal Rose Selection)-Meilland in 1992 as 'Fuchsia Meidiland'.

Shrub.  
Bloom:
Deep pink.  Mild fragrance.  Semi-double (9-16 petals), borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, in small clusters, cupped-to-flat bloom form.  Prolific, continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, spreading.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green, dense foliage.  

Height: 32" to 35" (80 to 90cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 5b and warmer.  Can be used for ground cover or landscape.  Vigorous.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.
