Yes, I saw this rose on Glacier Street in Dallas, and went wild over it. I found the older gentleman who originated it on St. Augustine Street here in Dallas. He had only one spindly little rose left and said that I could have it when he could get some nice large healthy shoots to graft from. I spend the summer visiting with him. His wife was in rest home and he would take her bouquets of roses and tell me of their life together. I was touched. six weeks ago, I went to visit with him, and he was not there, but the rose was. I decided to go back about three weeks later, and there was a Century 21 sign in yard, and the roses had been dug up and were all gone. A neighbor told me Mr. Rodgers had passed away. My rose is also gone. I asked the realtor and he said some relatives had come and dup up all the roses. I don't know the relatives. Can somebody tell me where to find another Tropical Paradise Rose. My telephone # is (***) ***-****, and my name is Jo.
