Hello
Would you recommend about "Regensberg" rose?
It blooms throughout the season?

Hi, it blooms a lot, it is short, and the flowers are large for its plant size. It is a great rose. It's only negative is blackspot, which is common in roses from its era. It is hardier than many floribunda roses, but it is still a floribunda, so it is not hardy as, for example, most species roses or Canadian roses.

Updating my previous comments, it's a striking rose which forms a very small shrub, suitable for pots, patios and borders. But it's very susceptible to blackspot and can defoliate completely without regular spraying. It has a lovely mild (NOT strong) apple scent. The flowers aren't very durable, but they are really worth the effort. Produces viable pollen and seeds.

The original name, Regensberg, is from a tiny medieval village on a mountain top near where I live, in Switzerland, in the northern part of Zurich. This place was earlier very know for its many rose gardens. However, there are not so many left, even though the climate would be great - it's also a place where they produce wine.
If you are visiting this region, it's worth a detour, as there is the only round medieval tower in the whole area, very uncommon for Switzerland. From this place you have a great view and you can see landing many airplanes in Zurich Intl. Airport.

Oh God! I identified this rose by this site. I live in Brazil and here roses are very rarelly sold with some type of identification (and inexist an anti-mosaic-virus-program too, sad...). I purchased it like a mini by R$1,00 ($0,44 in today quotation), and I knew that it is special. This rose is very beautiful (striking and contrasting colors: vivid pink with white reverse and white eye, but don't have strong fragrance here, I say mild and pleasant). I'm very happy now. Thanks to HELPMEFIND TEAM and all the people that share these beautiful photos.

How neat! Congratulations! That's what Help Me Find has been meant to be from its start...a tool to help visitors identify their roses and find answers to the questions they have about how to find, grow and enjoy them. It's interesting how that rose went from New Zealand to the rest of the world, isn't it? What other roses have you found in Brazil? You can take photos of your roses and then upload them to a page you can create to share the other beauties you've discovered there. If you register as a regular guest, then create your rose page for your garden, the rest of us can then enjoy your rose collection and share your experiences finding and identifying the roses available in your country. I registered today. I known this site long ago and is the best rose database of the Internet. I know the real name of some roses I have (Regensberg, Baby Masquerade and Teddy Bear) because HELPMEFIND great help and photos. I'll like very much to share my photos, but the majority are of non-identified roses that I want to share too (maybe someone could identify). Thank you.
