Can Olivia be grown in Zone 5 in Northeastern U.S.? What is the disease resistance?

Good morning Cornelia,
Yes, "Olivia" could be grown in zone 5 with winter protection. The problem might be finding a supplier whom carries this rose. We do not know of any currently producing this rose.
