Bred by Barbier Frères & Compagnie (France, 1919).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1922 as 'La Champagne'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Peach - pink, apricot center, tan center.  Moderate fragrance.  25 petals.  Medium to large, semi-double to double, borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, globular bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long buds.  
Habit:
Dense, upright.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
