Peter Wood reports on the British Rose Festival at Hampton Court. 
The rose growers launched eleven new roses.  Cants of Colchester launched Perfect Day, a free-flowering Floribunda with soft creamy-apricot blooms and shiny green foliage.  It was presented by Angela Pawsey of Cants.
