Flower Carpet Yellow (NOAson) has attractive light yellow blossoms. Flowers most often appear in sprays of from 25 to 30 blooms each. Buds are a light soft yellow with some reddish coloration on the edges. Blossoms last approximately 3 to 4 days on the plant. Hips are small, round and green with a reddish tint. Winter hardiness is said to be good. The cross that produced this rose took place in May 1990.
