Bred by Dr. Keith W. Zary (United States, before 2004).
Introduced in United States by Jackson & Perkins Co. (post 1970) in 2004 as 'Party Lights'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Orange-pink.  Coral orange upper, cream reverse.  Mild, spice fragrance.  Average diameter 2".  Large, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, upright.  Medium, glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 1' to 18" (30 to 45cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
