Ive had this rose for 3 years now. It's about the same color as Flower Carpet Pink, but a few tones more dull. The name is ironic lol.
Its a little bit more lanky than Flower Carpet Pink, but grows and blooms just as well. Foliage isn't quite as large or shiny. A little more slim.
While I wont get rid of it since it grows well underneath a very mature Japanese Maple and it's better than weeds, I wouldn't recommend it over other groundcovers. Electric Blanket, for example, is a cute pink groundcover. There are just better options, I think.

According to Google-translated info on the website of the Chinese Plant Varieties Protection Information Network (http://www.cnpvp.com/show.asp?ClassCode=0016&n_id=860), both the seed and pollen parent are Immensee hybrids.

If I had to guess, from seeing it and seeing hybridizer patterns, I'd guess its a cross with Flower Carpet and something else from that line.

I bought it from Ashdown some years ago. The alternative name on the original tag is Sweet Vigorosa

Hi, if you look on the main (first tab) of any plant listing, the name is listed in the heading and the various synonyms are listed just below the "Availability:" section.
