White, near white or white blend Hybrid Rugosa.
Origin:
Discovered by Ronald Johnston (United States).
Introduced in United States by Appalachian Rose Nursery in 2007 as 'Sweet Cecilia'.
Class:
Hybrid Rugosa.  
Bloom:
Cream.  Strong fragrance.  Average diameter 3".  Semi-double (9-16 petals), cupped-to-flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Wrinkled (rugose) foliage.  

Height: 3' (90cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders or garden.  Needs little care; relatively disease-free and quite hardy.  Prune lightly or not at all.
