This rose responds quite well to cutting it to 12" stubs in the winter, tossing slow release granules around it, then forgetting it exists. Honestly. It's my best perennial geranium yet, lol.

This is a hardy rose: came back in zone 4/5 Alaska. The blooms have never looked nice in two years and on two separate plants. I guess it needs more sun. Huge clusters but they get rainspotted here and don't want to open up unless there is full sun. I'm hoping that next year we have more sun so I can appreciate it more.
