Once blooming... the flowers are deep pink almost red in the bud, but opens to a dusky pink. Semi double blooms. Very fertile pollen... I plan to cross its pollen back to Crested Jewel.

This is an openly pollinated seedling of Crested Jewel, which means the seedling's pollen parent can be any rose in the garden or it's own. This is my only seedling to have any cresting. Breeding or crested roses is pretty darn difficult. I think this seedling could be the my stepping stone towards crested seedlings... I will use its pollen to pollinate Crested Jewel. Hopefully, this will result better luck.
