Looks like Scentimental. Definitely not Candy Stripe. The bloom size and shape and color are wrong. Lovely flower though!

Prone to mildew in August in San Diego under great growing conditions. Not recommended.

Doesn’t grow well under free conditions, but those are tightly grown ungrafted cuttings of already unvigorous roses, sold in Germany as Topfrose. Has characteristically long sepals, no scent and the colour fades with time. Bought it for the stripes and out of curiosity anyway.
