Our frontyard in June 2012, a very tiny shrub rose garden in the making. Before the path, from left to right: Flammentanz, Ghislaine de Féligonde, Postillion, White Gold, Roter Korsar, Märchenland. Beyond: Romantic Roadrunner and White Roadrunner sharing a large pot; R. gallica officinalis (very low before the pot); Stanwell Perpetual (not in bloom as of now) and a huge Queen Elizabeth. Behind the pot is a large Forsythia which seems to enjoy the location; it's yellow all over each March. To the right an old purple-leave plum into which Bobbie James is supposed to grow.
