Visitors are welcome to visit the gardens of roses, daylilies among a backdrop of beautiful trees. Please call ahead to let us know you would like to visit.

We are open most days except a few Mondays and Thursdays during April, May and June when our field is bursting with color from our vast collection of tall bearded irises and peonies. We are situated on a very picturesque country road in the hills above Milpitas in the San Francisco Bay area. E-mail for directions.

Ibaraki Rose Society was established in 1956 and now we are celebrating

our 50th anniversary this year. To commemorate the event, we are going

to look back those days by collecting the roses which were popular around

the era. There will be cut flower contests, display of potted roses including

climbers, miniature and floribundas, a demonstration of flower arrangement

with the theme of “Fukuroda Fall”, young plants sale, Q&A　and more.
