Bred by Colin P. Horner (1933-2005) (United Kingdom, before 1994).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Paul Chessum Rose Specialist in 1997 as 'Starry Eyed'.
Introduced in Australia by Melville Nurseries Pty Ltd in 2002 as 'Precious Hearts'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Yellow to cream, red edges, yellow reverse.  Mild fragrance.  4 to 7 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small, single (4-8 petals), in large clusters, flat bloom form.  Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, bushy, few or no prickles/thorns, spreading.  Small, matte, light green foliage.  

Height: 35" to 39" (90 to 100cm).  Width: 9'10" (300cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, garden, ground cover or pillar.  Very vigorous.  can be trained as a climber.
