*** Growing near Houston, TX: sub tropical zone 9a. Mild winters, hot, extremely humid summers that last half the year. ***

Purchased as a band from Long Ago Roses July 2012.

General Notes: Nice perfume, beautiful flowers in the spring, but afterwards the plant blackspots horribly. Blackness covering the entirety of each leaf on the bush (is this what's known as damask crud?). I had my plant for 11 years and it never thrived due to (I assume) it's extreme disease issues. I would not recommend for the Houston area.

3/12/2024- I thought my plant finally died, but it's still there in 2024. A one caned wonder that keeps on going.
