Origin:
Bred by Rudolf Geschwind (1829-1910) (Austria-Hungary (former), before 1885).
Class:
Hybrid Setigera, Rambler.  
Bloom:
Crimson.  None / no fragrance.  Medium, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, cupped-to-flat bloom form.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, climbing.  Dense foliage.  

Height: up to 9'10" (up to 300cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Very vigorous.

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).

The correct name seems to be the ungrammatical 'Forstmeister Heim' - see statement by Geschwind (1911) and early references.
