Shrub.  
Bloom:
White or white blend.  Pink buds opening to white.  Strong fragrance.  Small, in large clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Notes:
Some difference of opinion about parentage. 'Jane Williams' 1985 said to have been the seed parent.

Mary Smales (nee Bumby) 1811-1862. When Mary Bumby landed at the Wesleyan mission station at Mangungu, Hokianga, in March 1839, she brought ashore two hives of honey bees from Sydney.
