Introduced in United Kingdom by Samuel McGredy and Son, Nurserymen (Northern Ireland) in 1949 as 'Poulsen's Pearl'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1950 as 'Poulsen's Pearl'.

Seashell-pink.  up to 5 petals.  Single (4-8 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
