I guess it's now 17 years since this rose was introduced and the strains of fungal disease have had time to adapt. This year my EYES FOR YOU got blackspot as bad as any other variety...

Eyes for you is compact and floriferous, maintaining its foliage healthy throughout the season. Its flowers are held in tight clusters and quite fragrant (there's a medium fruity fragrance coming from the petals and a strong spicy one produced by the stamens). Its color is quite variable depending on the weather

New this season, has been blooming this past week. It looks like it's pictures (you know how sometimes, the colour doesn't match pictures, not the case here). It's pleasantly fragrant, unique colour for a hulthemia hybrid, appears healthy so far....still something about it doesn't enthuse me, it's not leaving me saying "wow". Maybe its the lack of maturity of my plant.

Health is a bit up and down in this long season with rains. Sometimes mostly defoliated but recovers.
I know that it can set hips and others have gotten seed from it, but for whatever reason has completely refused to set seed for me
