Purchased Apr 2013 Rogue Valley Roses

6/2013- This one is growing very quickly and will need to moved out of its 1 gallon container soon. Can't wait to see it bloom!

7/2014- planted. It is about 2x2 right now and loves to bloom. The fragrance is wonderful, and disease resistance is good so far.

5/25/2015- Had a wonderful spring. Still a small bush, but plenty of bloom. A little blackspot during extremely rainy May. Blooms shrink in the heat to about 2in.

3/5/2017- Not very drought tolerant. Without extra irrigation, the plant dwindled down to a one cane wonder. I've got water going to it now, so we'll see if it improves.

3/5/2018- moved to a new location
5/24/2019- very black spot prone in spring, but growing well now. Bushy. 2h x 1.5w (was 1 cane when planted).

3/12/2024- I really like this rose, but I've never had much luck with the plant. It won't bush out and thrive for me. It's dwarfed in size by two polyantha roses at its sides who have been there less time. I look forward to the flowers when they come though.
