Bred by Peter Semeniuk (United States, before 1979).
Introduced in United States by U.S. Dept of Agriculture in 1979 as 'Spotless Gold'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Yellow.  Small to medium, double (17-25 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  
Habit:

Height: 20" to 30" (50 to 75cm).  
Growing:
Disease susceptibility: blackspot resistant.

Notes:
'Spotless Gold' was an F3 selection from ‘Goldilocks‘ X R. rugosa (tetraploid). Peter Semeniuk used colchicine to double the chromosomes of R. rugosa.
