There is a spice mix called Ras el hanout from North Africa that often has rose buds in it too.

Yes, it is good to try 4-5 fresh or dry just open buds would bring some rosy favors ...but no caffeine!

Dear Andrea, your February -- In my Garden mentioned :Bermuda is the home of many old and unusual rose varieties.. I read most of these old roses were from England, is it? Any story? Ping

Many of the warmth loving China roses survived in Bermuda and died out in colder countries. http://rosesinbermuda.com/
