L.s., The managing committee of the Dutch Rose Society should like to receive some information about a membership, sponsorship etc. for a non profit hobby society. If our Dutch Rose Society became a member or a sponsor or a donator of helpmefind are we allowed then to use photographs of the website in our rosemagazine (every three months? of course with your name mentioned). which people are the people 'behind' this website and why is it that one cannot exchange mails with them? In June last one of you told a member of our society (Jo Janssen) that someone of our society should maintain the content if we should list, sponsor or donate. With which tools? Is it the same procedure to list, sponsor or donate for a non profit national Rose Society as it is for private persons? I should like to discuss this in our next meeting and am looking forward to your answer. Yours truly, E. Hempenius, member of the managing committee and the editorial staff of the Dutch Rose Society.

Hi,
Please feel free to contact our support department anytime (see the Contact Us page) with any questions you may have about using HelpMeFind.
The green navigation menu to the left includes links to detailed information about sponsorship and membership. It's best to start there and then contact us with any questions not addressed.
HelpMeFind can not offer "blanket" permission to use photographs found on our website because photos are owned by their contributor and they must give permission (see the HOW DO I... button). Members are usually happy to share their photos for non-commercial use but only after having been asked.
We of course would welcome your sponsorship but it is not required to maintain your society's listing on HMF. One or more of your society members needs to register on HMF (see the NEW MEMBER button). We can then link that/those HMF member accounts to your society listing. Your society member(s) becomes the "owner" of the listing which will then include links to update or add to your listing.
