My favorite red HT. Purchased as a sad looking specimen as a standard. As soon as it was placed in the ground and fed, it took off. Very strong robust canes and foliage. Excellent flower form, lasting up to 2 weeks in a vase and continuing to bloom well into winter. Sadly lacking in much perfume, but all it's other qualities well and truly make up for it.

I agree heartily, for my non standard Ingrid Bergman. Huge flowers that last long on a vase and a very healthy and robust plant! As for fragrance: it's nice and delicate, but not overwhelming. Sometimes hard to notice.

We did have two of these on HMF already but not with these variety name given. We've added the others and the Nz-used variety names.

Rose White Romance, it produces perfect traditional type flower buds, which open to tidy white fragrant blooms which. The blooms in cold weather may blush to pink. It’s both disease and pest tolerant with dark green glossy foliage providing a perfect background for the crisp clean flowers.
