The plant in this picture is not "Guan Shi Mo Yu". Guan Shi Mo Yu has a dark-maroon colored flower.

This is a collection of an Institute; however, that does not mean all labels are 100% correct. You are probably right.

Peony Listing Omission
Li Yuan Chun
Chinese tree peony. Flowers ~7in, dark-pink when they first open and light-pink later. Hundred proliferate form. The outer petals are large, the inner petals - many, smaller and wrinkled. The fragrance is very strong. Flowers early-midseason here, in Wisconsin. It has nice, healthy looking, light-green leaves. The plant has a beautiful shape, partially spreading to erect.
