MY ROSE BUD HAS A CLUSTER OF SMALL ORANGE BUGS ON IT. THEY DON'T SEEM TO BE DOING ANY DAMAGE. JUST WONDERING WHAT THEY ARE.

Could they be lady bugs? If so, they eat damaging insects like aphids, so they are definitely to be encouraged.

i don't think so. they have almost translucent orange bodies with black legs and antennea. i have a pic.
