The premium membership upgrade is automated so it should take effect immediately. If it does not, you need to contact us as it means when you did the upgrade you were not signed in. That is why you id is shown as anonymous. Please email the support department directly and they will be happy to properly link your membership to you donation.

Thank you for your answer. This morning i tried to sign in ,but my password what i use everwhere,always the same was not accepted. I do not want another,because i will forget it. What to do now? Shall i send you my password so you can make it work again.

We have sent you an email with your member id and a new, temporary password. Once signed in, you can change your password back to one of your choosing.
