Rose Listing Omission

Bloom of Ruth

I bought this from Harkness Roses this Summer and was so impressed I feel it deserves recognition.

A magnificent twin pair of beds of Molly McGredy that flank either side of the main entrance to Queen Mary's Rose Gardens in Regents Park have been there since the early 70s.

I have been visiting these outstanding gardens in London for over forty years, and whilst it's fair to say these beds of Molly McGredy have not always looked pristine, such is the care and attention they receive nowadays they look just as good today as they ever did in those early years. The carmine and silver blooms are always a delight but never more so than during or following heavy rain, when they simply shrug off whatever nature throws at them and uplift the spirits with their dazzling display.
