After a sunny day, the peach color fades to apricot. The bush has over 40 blooms right now.

Governor has been an excellent performer in Atlanta. The plant I have is grafted onto fortuniana. In its second year, it has reached a height of over seven feet. No bare knees at all. The canes are leafy from top to bottom. The blooms are a little on the small side. But, each flush yields at least 30 blooms (which more than makes up for the small size). Even in between cycles, there is always a few blooms on the bush. There is a nice fragrance (not overly strong) and the blooms are perfectly formed little spirals. An all around great addition to the garden.

Just completed the first season with Cynthia. Wow, what a surprise. She has been an excellent rose. Great form, color, and fragrance. Beautiful shade of hot pink. The bush has been healthy as well. Definitely recommended!
