Nonetheless, it would be helpful for us to be sure there is not an issue to address, possibly a minor random problem. Can you tell us more about the original problem please.

I went to the search box and typed in the words President Herbert Hoover.
Clicked on the top selection for President Herbert Hoover.
The description for PHH showed up
Pressed the tab for "lineage" and no lineage showed up.
Then went through the same above steps to look up Tiffany and the same thing happened

How well does this rose hold it's color? It looks to be a gorgeous rich yellow.

I am signed in as a premium member but when I go to access a patent this comes up:
"The requested URL /gardening/patft1.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
Can some one please help me? Thanks in advance.

I'm seeing that too. The link to the USPTO isn't working. That said, you can do patent searches in Google Scholar (easiest tool I know of for patent searches). Use the varietal name and be sure to select "include patents." Give it a try -- for example, I just searched for MEIdysouk and got a perfect match.
