I cannot find a single proof that MEIclusif is patented (or patent pending) in the US. I cannot find an application or patent on the USPTO.gov website and in the Star 2023 catalog, all of their patented plants say "PP [NUMBER]". Dee-Lish (MEIclusif) does not.

The information about a US patent in 2004 came from the Australian patent application. As you say, there is no evidence of it on the US Plant Patent site. Application could have been retracted. We have deleted the note, thank you for the heads up!
