When I click on search I get 2 screens and can't go forward. What could be my problem?

Frank,

We'll be happy to help but we are going to need more information. We will need to replicate the problem so we will need to know what you were searching for, the steps you took and the response received.

Also, please be sure to use the red help buttons - the Advanced Search is not the most intuitive feature on the site.

Give us an example of what you are searching for and we will outline the steps. For starters, I'm assuming we are talking about the "Plant Advanced Search".

If I hit search on the left or search up top, I get 2 screens. And cannot read the search page which is underneath the opening screen.. I am just trying to get to the search page so I can look up a rose.

Hmmm, this is curious. It's working fine for us so we must be missing something. I'm sure we can sort this out.

Let's start with what to expect. On the left is the green "menu" column. There, under the PLANTS header you'll find a link labeled "SEARCH / LOOKUP". It has a small blue square to the right of it. Click on the SEARCH / LOOKUP link and the display to the right green menu column will change. You should now see a form page with a "Name Search" section which includes a white textbox for you to type in your plant name. Once you've typed in your desired plant name, click the "SEARCH" button just to the left. This will cause HMF to look for any plants matching your search. If only one plant matches, you will be taken directly to that plant page. If multiple plants match the name, you'll see a list of those plants and you can click on the name of the appropriate one to view its details.

Let us know how you make out.

What you instructed me to doesn't work When I follow your instructions the same thing happens. I get the search page under the first page and I can't read the search page because it is too light.
