Mrs Cocker - No 23 of 1912 Wills Cigarette Rose Cards (set of 50) Text on reverse of card: MRS. COCKER. (Hybrid Perpetual.) Introduced in 1899, it is a rose which produces large full flowers with high centre and perfect outline. Being free flowering and continuous it is very useful for bedding and massing. Is very hardy, and may be planted in the most exposed positions with safety. Awarded the Gold Medal of the National Rose Society as a rose worthy of distinction.
