Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1910 as 'Marie Mascurand'.

Bloom:

Blush, salmon-yellow highlights. Large, full (26-40 petals), classic hybrid tea, high-centered to cupped bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Long buds.

Upright.

Growing:

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Can be used for cut flower or exhibition.

While Modern Roses 6 lists Mme Mascuraud as a parent of 'Golden Drop', the name Mme Mascuraud appears to be a misnomer for 'Mlle Marie Mascuraud.' An early Australian catalog also lists the name Mme Mascuraud, rather than 'Mlle Marie Mascuraud,' but the description of the rose matches 'Mlle Marie Mascuraud' exactly. A search of rose books does not produce any Bernaix rose named Mme Mascuraud. See References.
