Introduced in Australia by Roy H. Rumsey Pty. Ltd. in 1981 as 'Fiesta Ruby'.

Miniature.  
Bloom:
Dark red.  Mild fragrance.  40 petals.  Average diameter 1".  Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, in small clusters, high-centered, reflexed bloom form.  Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, compact, rounded, well-branched.  Small, semi-glossy, dark green, dense foliage.  

Height: 1' to 14" (30 to 35cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Hardy.  vigorous.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant.
