Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1923 as 'American Legion'.

Cherry-red to deep pink.  Strong fragrance.  Very large, very double, borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
