David Ruston, South Australia. Roses of Distinction.
Of the mauve floribundas, 'Angel Face' is distinct because of its lightly ruffled petals, its good deep mauve colour and its sturdy compact bush, but, I think the taller growing Ripples' from Mr. Le Grice an equally good rose.

Mr. C. Newman, Bayswater, Western Australia. The New Ones.
Angel Face This is a lovely mauve Floribunda and is the best in its class. The flowers are fragrant, well formed and repeat quickly. Although this colour in roses is not popular in Western Australia, I feel sure that this one will eventually win many friends.
