Crimson.  Strong fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long buds.  
Habit:
Well-branched.  Large foliage.  
Height of up to 39" (up to 100 cm).

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
