Bred by Louis Lens (1924-2001) (Belgium, 1987).
Introduced in Belgium by Lens Roses/Louis Lens N.V./Pépinières Louis Lens SA in 1991 as 'Claire Jolly'.
Class:
Hybrid Musk.  
Bloom:
Pink, lighter center.  Mild fragrance.  12 to 16 petals.  Average diameter 1.25".  Small, semi-double to double, cluster-flowered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Upright.  Small foliage.  

Height: 20" to 2' (50 to 60cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Mike Lowe of Lowe's Roses says this Hybrid Musk was bred by Lens in 1990 and its flowers are lavender pink...
