3 FEB 14
Angel gardens Feb 2014. Buds take a veeerrrry long time to open.

5/24/2014 - Planted in new garden.

7/3/2014- Likes to bloom, but is growing pretty slowly. Might have to disbud to give it a better start on building size.

11/5/14- plant has turned into a bloom machine, though many of the flowers ball. Nice and bushy habit.

11/20/2015- homere lives in the hottest, driest bed in the garden. This past summer we had no rain, temps over 100, and only one or two supplemental watering. This rose continued to bloom and thrive. Other plants in this hot bed are old gay hill red China, clementina carboneri, and rock hill peach tea. They all did very well. Most of the summer/fall blooms do not ball for me. Size is 2.5x2.5

3/21/2017- My plant has begun to grow a bit sideways, width is now at around 5 feet, a little less tall. Dozens of blooms, though many did ball in the damp.

3/19/2021- I'm stunned to report this, but I think my plant may die due to Winter Storm Uri.
