Bred by Colin P. Horner (1933-2005) (United Kingdom, 2005).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Peter Beales Roses in 2006 as 'Thumbs Up'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Yellow blend.  Light yellow, pink stripes upper, paler reverse.  Strong fragrance.  26 to 40 petals.  Average diameter 4.25".  Medium to large, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, upright.  Medium, matte, medium green foliage.  

Height: 4' to 6' (120 to 185cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower, garden, hedge or shrub.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
